Hall Effect and Inductive sensors (contactless potentiometers) are precise components being used more and more to replace the traditional ‘sliding wiper’ wire-wound or conductive plastic potentiometer. Software, instead of hardware, combined with state of the art semiconductors provide for low noise, high accuracy measurement of any angle up to 360º.

Ideally suited for position control feedback applications and any conversion of a rotary movement into an electrical analog signal. Commonly used in heavy equipment, medical equipment, marine equipment, mobile machinery and many other industrial applications.
